Bass River Small Boat Exhibition and Sale
Time: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Location: Bass River Boatworks, 1361 Route 28, South Yarmouth (just at the Bass River Bridge)
On display and available for sale will be a large selection of small craft representing many styles of classic and contemporary design and diverse boat building materials. Rowing, sail and small power boats can be examined. There will be a collection of older, preservation water craft. Small rowing and sailing boats are the most ecologically sensitive way to enjoy our Cape cod waters. There will be a large collection of marine and nautical collectibles and artifacts. Antique ship models, marine historical pieces, new model boat kits for static display or radio control action. There will be displays of the knot tying art, marine photography and artwork.

Excursions on the Catboat "Eventide” out of Hyannis
Time: Daily 12:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m., 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
1 1/2 hour excursions through Hyannis Harbor under sail power to Hyannis Port or Pine Cove Wildlife Sanctuary. Well stocked bar and food available.
Cost: $30/adult, $25 senior, $10 Kids.

Historic Sarah sails and charters
Location: Cape Cod Maritime Museum,135 South St, Hyannis
Go back in time and book a sail on our museum built 1886 Crosby catboat replica Sarah!
Cost: Charters are 1 ½ hour $150; 3 hours $250 (6-person maximum) Scheduled Sails are $25 per adult 18 and over; $10 per child

Kayak the Waterways of the Lower Cape
Time: 7 to 10 p.m.
Location: Full Moon Paddle, Pleasant Bay, Orleans
Explore the maritime past by paddling Cape Cod’s storied coastal waterways with local science teacher and longtime kayak guide, Dick Hilmer. Kayak instruction is included during these natural history tours. Paddle through sheltered creeks, into bays and marshes, and towards islands rich in cultural history. No experience is necessary. Perfect for novice or experienced paddlers. All equipment is provided including kayak, paddle, lifejacket and instruction – just bring a smile and a bottle of water, and $30 per person.

Waters of Cape Cod Exhibition

An art exhibition of paintings by Cape Cod artists, featuring Ted Kennedy’s painting of Mya and various paintings from the museum collection with maritime themes.
