The Cape Cod Chamber's administrative offices, and the John C. Davenport Welcome Center, are located just off Route 6 at Exit 6, at the junction of Routes 6 and 132 in Hyannis.

The Route 25 Visitor Center is located on Route 25 Eastbound in Plymouth, just three miles before the Bourne Bridge, and the Route 3 Visitor Center is located at Exit 5 off of Route 3 in Plymouth.
