AIDS Support Group of Cape Cod provides services to persons living with HIV and AIDS within Cape Cod, providing health education and prevention information to the residents of Barnstable County. The services and outreach are consumer driven and family centered, however family is defined.

Hospice & Palliative Care of Cape Cod provides services that enhance the comfort and quality of life for patients and families experiencing the impact of serious illness and loss.

Rehabilitation Hospital of the Cape & Islands (RHCI) is dedicated to providing excellence in rehabilitation to help individuals reach their full potential in function and independence after illness, injury and surgery. RHCI, whose staff includes specialists in neurology and rehabilitation medicine, is affiliated with Spaulding Rehabilitation Hospital, Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. RHCI is the only acute rehabilitation hospital serving the Cape & Islands and Southeastern Massachusetts. Located on 44 acres in Sandwich, RHCI offers specialty inpatient programs and extensive outpatient services. In addition to the main hospital in Sandwich, RHCI operates four outpatient satellite centers on the Cape.
