Advertising in the 2008 Cape Cod Travel Guide - The Official Guide of the Cape Cod Chamber of Commerce
New in 2008: The Cape Cod Chamber will publish and distribute the Cape Cod Travel Guide as its official visitor publication. Over 250,000 copies with be printed with a  total readership of 625,000. The guides will be distributed through such venues as the Cape Cod Chamber visitor centers, as fulfillment to visitor inquiries, on national newsstands, at trade shows, and through in-room distribution at local hotels, B&Bs, motels and resorts. Advertising in the Wonderful Way of Life Membership Directory

Advertising on Visitor Center Video Screens
The new video screens in our Chamber visitor information centers are up and running. See how you can use these screens to showcase your business to our visitors (over 215,000 visitors were served between our Route 6 and Route 25 visitor centers in 2005!) The screens can accommodate a 30 or 15-second video clip or even a 10-second photo with text overlay. Tourism Cooperative Advertising
The Cape Cod Chamber's tourism cooperative advertising program is basically a chance to stretch your advertising dollars. The Chamber contributes to the cost of significantly reduced page rates in targeted nationally known publications that may otherwise be outside your budget. As a Chamber member, you can play a display ad or listing in this co-ops and take advantage of the Chamber's buy. Work with us to send your message/special offer to our members by email. Current subscriber base of nearly 2,500 member contacts. Smart Guide
Sponsorship Fee: $10,000 (four available)
150,000 published annually.  Advertising-free publication giving readers information on
car-free ways to and around Cape and Islands.  Distributed in metro-Boston, at visitor centers in Southeastern MA and via smartguide.org.  Sponsors are recognized in the publication and on smartguide.org (over 215,000 visitors in 2005).

Sponsorship of the Cape Cod Chamber’s Monthly Newsletter
Member price: $750 (one sponsor per newsletter)
Looking for an affordable, effective way to advertise your products or services to nearly 4,000 Cape Cod business people?  The Cape Cod Chamber is offering members the opportunity to include their advertising inserts in our one-page, double-sided monthly Chamber newsletter, which includes photos and information on the latest Chamber happenings.  Click here for the contract. 

Sponsorship of the Cape Cod Chamber’s Annual Report and Annual Meeting
Exclusive Sponsorship Fee: $5,000
In return for your $5,000 sponsorship investment, you will receive:
--Exclusive sponsorship of the Cape Cod Chamber Annual Report, mailed to approximately 4,000 member contacts. Also distributed at the Annual Meeting in June and throughout the year upon request.  
--Your business will receive a full-page color ad on the back cover (5.5" high x 10" wide)
--Web exposure: The Annual Report will be available in PDF format on our business to business website, www.eCapeChamber.com. You will also receive mention in our weekly enews.
--Sponsorship of the Cape Cod Chamber’s Annual Meeting: Sponsorship includes your company logo on the event invitation (mailed to approximately 4,000 member contacts), a banner and display table at the event and four complimentary passes.

Splish Splash Bus Bath
Sponsorship Fee: $500 (one available)
Annual fundraiser hosted by the group tour committee in June to raise funds to promote the motorcoach industry on Cape Cod. Sponsors receive recognition in press releases, in the email and print newsletter, at the event, and have an opportunity for providing giveaways.

Member to Member Networking Events
Exclusive Sponsorship Fee: $1,000 per event 
Held monthly around the Cape, this informal gathering of approximately 100 to 200 people provides members an opportunity to network and meet new business contacts.  Hosted at a member site, the sponsor of this event receives recognition in print, at the event and in the enewsletter.  For information, call Steve at 508-362-8613 or email steve@capecodchamber.org.       

B&B Events (INNside Track)
Sponsorship fee: $500 (two available per event)
A meeting of the member B&B owners and innkeepers, designed to offer topics that will
improve their businesses.  Held twice a year in various Cape locations, the attendance is
generally 75 to 100 people. Sponsors receive recognition in print invitations, in the email and print newsletter and at the event, and have an opportunity for sampling and demonstrations.

Business Workshops
Sponsorship fee: $2,000 (one workshop) or $4,000 (for the year)
Sponsors receive recognition in print invitations, in the email and print newsletter, at the workshop (onsite banner and giveaway literature). Also receive complimentary admission to the workshop.

Meeting Planner Luncheon
Sponsorship fee: $2,000 (one available)
Sponsors receive recognition in press releases, invitations, in the email and print newsletter and at the event, and have an opportunity for providing giveaways and literature. Also provided passes to the event.

The Chamber Gift Certificate program
