Introduction
Have vacancies?  Get the word out!
The CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ACCOMMODATIONS website specializes in up-to-date information on where there are rooms.
This information is used by visitor centers & call centers throughout the Cape, as well as the State Police.
The information is cleared out each morning at 4 am.  You must log in each day.  This assures that the information displayed is fresh.

Add new vacancies,
Edit your current vacancies,
Change your business information which displays along side the vacancies on the site.
Create a link from your website to your vacancies
Have your password emailed to you
Where to start
Go to www.capecodchambers.com
How to sign up
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click on “online application”
Online application
Fill out the information on the online application
The user id will be mailed to the email address you enter in that field – be sure you type it correctly!
Click on “sign up”
Check your email
You should receive your user id in an email within 48 hours.
How to post availability
Scroll to the bottom of the page
Click on “Update Your Vacancies”
Log in to post your availability
Use the number & letter combination that was emailed to you
Bookmark the login page
Click “bookmark” and this page will be added to your favorites.  Then you can choose to come right to this page by going to your favorites.
Next step
By clicking on your choice on the menu, you can:
edit your current vacancies,
add new vacancies,
change your business information which displays along side the vacancies on the site.
Add a new vacancy
Fill in the quantity & type of availability
Click the button labeled "Add Vacancy."
This page will regenerate and display the vacancies you entered underneath the form.
The form will be blank and you can then add another vacancy.
You may leave the "Check Out Date" blank. If you leave the Quantity Field blank, the database will record that as zero vacancies of the selected type for the time span selected below.
Update existing vacancies
Here you can delete or change the amount or date of an existing vacancy
Be sure to press the button to save changes.
View vacancies
Preview your vacancies here before you log out
Then hit the back button on your browser to return to the administration center
Update business information
Use the form to make changes to the contact information that displays on the Web site.
Once you've finished making your changes, click the button labeled "Save."
Create a link from your website to your vacancies
Regardless of whether you maintain your own site or your have a professional development company do it for you, you can create a link to your web site using this form. Once done, simply add the code to your Web site, or e-mail your developer the code and have them make the change for you.

Click on “Can’t remember”
Password reminder
Fill in  the e-mail address associated with the listing and click the button. The password will be sent to the e-mail address associated with the business within minutes.
